By using Bikini Try On you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
1. Whose photo
Use a photo of yourself. Do not upload a photo of another person, and do not use the app to place garments on anyone else's likeness. This is the central rule and it is enforced.
2. Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use this app, and the photo you use must be of an adult. Any use involving a minor is prohibited, will be reported where the law requires it, and results in a permanent block.
3. What the app does and will not do
The app fits a catalogued garment onto a photo. It will not remove clothing and will not produce nudity or sexual content. Adjustments are fixed choices — colourway, coverage, neckline — and there is no free-text instruction anywhere in the app.
4. Fair use
Do not use the app to create misleading, harassing, explicit or defamatory images of anyone, including yourself. Do not attempt to bypass the safety checks or modify the client. Accounts and images that break these rules are removed.
5. Safety review
Try-ons are screened automatically, and items that are flagged or reported are held for up to 30 days for human review. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is retained, for how long, and who can see it.
6. Credits and payment
A try-on costs one credit. Credits are bought as a consumable in-app purchase, earned by watching a rewarded ad, or granted as a small welcome amount on first launch. Purchases are one-off — nothing renews and nothing subscribes.
Credits are consumable and are stored on your device: they are not restorable, and reinstalling the app or moving to a new device does not carry them over. Apple handles all refund requests.
7. Results are an illustration
The garment is generated by a model, not photographed on you. Fit, drape, colour and sizing are a suggestion rather than a promise. Check the retailer's own measurements before buying anything. We are not the seller of any garment shown.
8. Availability
Try-ons depend on a third-party image service. It can be slow or unavailable, and a try-on can fail. A failed try-on does not consume a credit.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially, the app will show the updated terms before your next try-on.
